How long is the first appointment
Your first visit will be around 15 minutes.

What happens after the first appointment?
We’ll review your results and map out a custom care plan. At your follow-up visit, we’ll go over your exam findings, answer your questions, and recommend next steps based on your goals and how your body responded to the first adjustment.
